At THS Organic we want every customer to be 100% satisfied. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it under the conditions listed below.
1. Right of Return
Customers may return any product purchased from our website within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with current Romanian legislation (OUG 34/2014). Returns can be made without providing a reason, and you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Conditions for Returning Products
- Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in the same condition as delivered.
- We do not accept returns for unsealed, used, or worn products (this applies especially to cosmetic and personal care products).
- Products must be accompanied by all original accessories and documents (invoice, certificates, etc.).
3. Return Process
- Contact: Please inform us in writing by email at support@thsorganic.com or by phone at +40 721 277 277 about your intention to return.
- Packaging and shipping: Pack the product properly to avoid damage during transport. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Verification: Upon receipt of the return, we will check the condition of the product.
- Refund: We will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 working days from receiving the return, using the same payment method you used for the order.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the specifications in the order.
