It all started long ago in the hills of Transylvania, ancient and mystic land of Eastern Europe, a land filled with legends, stories and relics of untold recipes for products which people used to heal themselves or improve their daily living.

One of these recipes came into the hands of an anonymous monk from a hill-hidden monastery, a monk wise enough to use it and, more than that, to write it down for the usage of his congregation.

Through a chain of events which involved luck, caring and opportunities, the scroll of paper was well preserved and recently reached our hands. We were overwhelmed by the procedure described and the components implied, all of them so raw and organic as they can be.
