📋 Conseils d'utilisation
Routine quotidienne simple et efficace (recommandée pour des résultats optimaux en 4 semaines) :
Matin / Soir – Douche & Cheveux
- Gel douche : appliquer sur peau mouillée, masser jusqu’à l’obtention d’une fine mousse, rincer.
- Shampooing : masser sur cheveux mouillés pendant 2 à 3 minutes, rincer.
- Après-shampoing : appliquer sur les longueurs et les pointes (éviter les racines), laisser poser 2 à 3 minutes, rincer.
Soir – Soin ciblé
- LifeSkin® : appliquer le masque sur le visage et le cou (10 à 15 minutes), rincer.
- NewHair® : 2 fois par semaine – appliquer le masque sur le cuir chevelu (5 à 10 minutes), rincer.
Soutien interne quotidien
