At THS Organic, we want every customer to be 100% satisfied. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it under the conditions below.
1. Right of Return
Customers may return any product purchased from our website within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation (OUG 34/2014). The return may be made without giving a reason, and the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Conditions for Returning Products
- Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
- We do not accept returns for unsealed, used products or products showing signs of wear.
- Products must be accompanied by all original documents (invoice, certificates, etc.).
3. Return Process

Packaging and shipping: The product must be packaged properly to avoid damage during transport. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Verification: Upon receipt of the return, the product will be checked to ensure that it meets the return conditions.
- Refund: The value of the product will be refunded within 14 working days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the order.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the product is defective or does not match the order specifications.
