An amazing story
By studying ancient sources and forgotten folk recipes, we rediscovered combinations and natural ingredients with wonderful results.
When it comes to the alphabet, there is no other letter as solid, reliable and firm as the letter “H”. At least that is how we see it. And, as you will realise, it is closely connected to what we do and what we offer for your wellbeing and health.
“H” stands for hair care. Yes, hair care was the starting point. From there came the face mask and the raw honey for the morning.
The Timeless Heart of Transylvania
It all began long ago, in the hills of Transylvania, an ancient and mystical place in Eastern Europe, full of legends, stories and traces of untold recipes for products people used in everyday life.
One of these recipes came into the hands of an anonymous monk from a monastery hidden in the hills, a monk wise enough to use it and, more importantly, to write it down for the benefit of his congregation.
Through a series of events involving luck, care and opportunity, the parchment was well preserved and recently came into our hands. We were struck by the process described and the ingredients involved, all as simple and unaltered as possible.
We needed a recipe like this, so we prepared it, tested it and kept it as it was written.
A complex and unique process
THS Organic makes honey-based products with short formulas and no synthetic fragrances. The ingredients are chosen for their texture and tradition.
The honey comes from local beekeepers. The formulas are notified in European registers, each with its own number.
